Peter lives in the beautiful Tatlayoko Valley on
the edge of the wilderness in west central British Columbia.
This area, called the Chilcotin, is a relatively unknown and undeveloped region of
spectacular mountain vistas, lakes and rivers.

Old Chilcotin Recipe # 6-
Well, what ya hafta do is, take some good
Chilcotin beef and put it into the pot
with an ol' horseshoe. Add salt, a pinch
of Copenhagen and boil 'er up. When the horseshoe is done, the beef is ready to
eat.
